Holiday Fun

Throughout the month, throughout the world, friends and families are gathering together to share the joy, peace, and harmony of the holidays. Our Practicon family recently celebrated some holiday magic of our own at the annual Practicon Christmas Party. Our beautifully-prepared holiday feast was accented with fun, laughter, and music. Employees and their guests joined together in playing games, singing carols, and giving thanks for our many blessings.

And thankful, we are indeed! During this season of economic fears and high unemployment, Practicon continues to grow and grow. More and more of you are turning (and returning) to Practicon in search of Practical Innovations for Dentistry! To each of our customers: we value you, we thank you, and we wish the best for you, your familiy, and your practice. Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and Best Wishes in the New Year!

What a Prospective Associate Needs to Know About a Practice He/She is Joining

This is the type of information an associate should ask, and the senior doctor should be prepared to answer as the interviewing process and negotiations proceed, before a final associateship contract is signed.

1. Review for me the main characteristics you are searching for in an associate.
2. Will the current staff remain employed and can they support another doctor or will more staff be added?
3. Is the entering associate to absorb patient overflow or build his/her own patient base?
