I just finished re-reading the April 2015 issue of The McGill Advisory. WOW!
It is a wealth of information on a wide variety of topics pertinent to
your practice and to your personal life.
OK---you remember correctly---I’ve mentioned The McGill Advisory before, recommending that you subscribe. This issue simply compels me to urge you to
do so one more time. Incidentally,
FYI: I have no connection whatsoever
with The McGill Advisory, its owners
or its staff. I am simply a reader and
an admirer of the newsletter. Over 30
years as a dental practice management consultant allow me to recognize valuable
resources for practitioners, and the Advisory
is one such resource.
Articles focus on practice management and marketing, tax and
retirement planning, and personal finances.
A particularly fascinating piece in the April issue concerns what to do
if your website suddenly disappears from the Google search engine or gets
buried toward the end of that list.
Because the majority of potential patients now search online for a new
dentist, a drop in search engine ranking can negatively affect your new patient
count , and, therefore, your production. The article explains why, how, and
what to do about the problem. Another
April-issue topic lists and describes “best-in-show” apps for managing your
personal finances. Yet another describes
ways to safeguard practice finances when buying out a partner.
Sound advice succinctly presented---that’s The McGill
Advisory. For subscription information,
