STOP WAITING FOR PERFECT CONDITIONS

Are you waiting for everything to be perfect before launching out toward a dream, a plan for your practice, a change in your priorities?  STOP!  Stop waiting for someone else to do it; for permission; for different circumstances or people; for an absence of risk; for more self confidence; on and on.  Instead of saying, “We’ve never done that before.”; say, “We have the opportunity to try something new.”  Instead of saying, “I’ll never get better.” or “She’ll never accept that.”; say, “I’ll try one more time.” Or “Perhaps she’s ready to try something new.”  Instead of saying, “It’s not my job.”; say, “I’ll be glad to take that responsibility.” or “I’ll try.”

Choose incremental improvements for yourself, your practice, your skills, your relationships over waiting for perfect.  In so doing, you’ll achieve sure and steady progress.
